Location: Bangalore
Specialty: E/M & Surgery
Experience: 6+ Years (Team handling experience is mandatory)

We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Medical Coding who brings strong expertise in EM & Surgery coding along with proven leadership skills in managing and mentoring teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of medical coders, ensuring high accuracy and productivity.
Oversee end-to-end coding operations in EM & Surgery.
Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback, training, and support.
Ensure compliance with coding guidelines and quality standards.
Collaborate with stakeholders to drive process improvements and efficiency.

Desired Skills & Experience:
Minimum 6 years of experience in medical coding (EM & Surgery).
CPC/CCS/CCA certification preferred.
Strong team handling/people management skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
