Job Description: We are seeking an experienced ASP .NET Team Lead to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web development with ASP .NET, along with proven leadership skills. As an ASP .NET Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of developers, guiding them in the design, development, and maintenance of web applications, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. You will collaborate closely with other team leads, project managers, and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and innovation.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of ASP .NET developers in the design, development, and maintenance of web applications.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
  • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and timelines.
  • Plan and prioritize tasks, allocate resources, and track project progress to ensure timely delivery.
  • Review code, provide feedback, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in web development, and advocate for their adoption where appropriate.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in web development with ASP .NET.
  • Proven experience leading and managing a team of developers.
  • Proficiency in ASP .NET, C#, SQL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, particularly Agile.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
