We are hiring for the position of Assistant Manager/Sr. Manager - Sales who will be responsible for direct sales of Lithium-Ion Batteries to OEMs, Electric vehicle manufacturers and Dealers. The incumbent should have a proven track record of direct B2B Sales particularly selling to OEMs in EV manufacturing or e-vehicle manufacturing.


This position is based out of Uttar Pradesh, India.


Job Role & Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for sales of Lithium-Ion Batteries to OEMs, e-vehicle manufacturers & dealers
  • As an individual contributor develop a solid sales funnel to create new business opportunities.
  • Target and develop new business opportunities in addition to regular business from existing customers
  • Interact with potential and existing clients to generate new business
  • Develop a database of potential customers through referrals, queries, cold calling, direct mail, email, and networking to acquire new customers
  • Maximize profitable volume growth, market share and client preference in the assigned market
  • Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, focus on the customer, collaborate with others, and demonstrate high integrity.
  • Accurate reporting on sales activity and forecasting


Experience & Skills:


  • Minimum of 3 years to 15 years of relevant experience in B2B direct sales.
  • A proven track record of effective B2B Sales development especially to the OEMs.
  • Strong knowledge of Lithium-Ion Batteries and Electric vehicle manufacturing market landscape is required for the job role.
  • Strong knowledge of Sales processes and techniques. The candidate must be good at relationship building.


Educational Qualification


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
