Job Description: Graphic Designer Location: Stepcare, Whitefield, Bangalore Employment: Full-Time / Part-Time Role Overview Stepcare Healthcare is seeking an experienced Graphic Designer with 5–10 years of professional experience, preferably in a healthcare environment. The candidate will be responsible for designing high-quality creatives, shooting and editing videos, and managing visual content for social media platforms. Key Responsibilities Develop visual content for marketing materials, digital campaigns, social media, website, and patient communication. Shoot and edit promotional videos, ads, and short reels for social media. Create animated videos for patient education, service promotion, and brand awareness. Design posters, banners, brochures, and in-clinic branding materials. Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets. Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to plan and execute content calendars. Manage social media creatives, posting formats, and visual engagement strategies. Required Skills & Experience 5–10 years of proven experience in graphic design, preferably in a healthcare or service-oriented setup. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent tools. Strong experience in video shooting, editing, and motion graphics. Ability to create animated videos and dynamic content for social media. Understanding of current social media trends and formats. Strong creative thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines. Portfolio demonstrating design, video, and animation skills.
