Responsibilities/expectation
Collaborating with the legal department/labour consultants on HR related regulatory and compliance activities
Review and update people policies based on the statutory requirements and best market practices
Draft procedures, processes, and policies to facilitate a better compliance stance in the company
Responsible for the preparation and delivery of compliance-based communications and training to employees
Handling sensitive employee data or reports in a discreet manner
Provide employee training on policies and procedures
Provide assistance to internal or external auditors in compliance reviews
HR point of contact for ISO, ICFR or other auditing processes
Coordinate with different HR functions in closing the audit observation
Conduct or direct the internal investigation of HR policy compliance issues
Handle disputes between employees, and between employees and their supervisors
Develop programs intended to promote employee wellness and work/life balance
Identify compliance issues that require follow-up or investigation
Coordinate with corporate legal team to address legal compliance issues
Prepare management reports regarding HR\Labour compliance
Organize and conduct periodic audits of HR- related records & processes
Collaborate with the Company's Compliance vendor to ensure compliance with all labor laws
Perform other HR compliance related analysis and projects as required
Any Graduate or Postgraduate, Specialization in MBA HR is preferred.
A minimum of 10 years’ experience in Human Resources
