Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will assist in sourcing, screening, and engaging potential candidates while learning about the end-to-end hiring process in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in posting job openings on various platforms (LinkedIn, job portals, etc.).
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Build and maintain a database of potential candidates.
  • Assist in preparing recruitment reports.
  • Participate in meetings and collaborate with different teams to understand hiring needs.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with job portals is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR/recruitment domain.
