Requirements

Who We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as an RTA/Scheduler in a BPO environment (1-8 years).
  
• Strong understanding of Service Level (SL), line adherence, and shrinkage management.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  
• Meticulous attention to detail and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
  
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  

Flexibility to work rotational UK Shifts (5 days, window starts from 1.00pm to 2.00am)
