Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson located in Pune. The Salesperson will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include reaching out to potential customers, presenting product offerings, managing negotiations, and closing sales deals. The Salesperson will also provide post-sale support and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales, Customer Relationship Management, and Lead Generation
  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
  • Ability to achieve sales targets and work under pressure
  • Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and filtration systems
  • Self-motivated, team player, and ability to work independently
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office applications
