Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Junior Java Backend Developer to join our team at Reva HR Solutions. As a Junior Java Backend Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining Java applications with a focus on backend development. This is a full-time position based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. The ideal candidate should have

2.5 to 4

years of experience in Java backend development.

Job Location: Bangalore/Pune

Qualifications and Skills

2.5 to 4 years of mid-level experience in Java backend development.Strong knowledge of Java and Spring Framework.Experience with microservices architecture.Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and ORM frameworks (e.g., Hibernate, JPA).Good understanding of software development principles and best practices.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to work independently as well as in a team.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Java applications with a focus on backend development.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing applications.Optimize application performance and ensure scalability.Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in Java backend development.Work closely with frontend developers, database administrators, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of frontend and backend components.Document software design and technical specifications.Ensure compliance with coding standards, best practices, and company policies.Participate in agile development process, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
