Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Management Trainee (Finance/NISM/Trading) based in Bangalore. The Management Trainee will be responsible for daily trading operations, assisting in financial analysis, understanding market trends, and supporting the development of trading strategies. The trainee will also be actively involved in market research, compliance with NISM regulations, and interacting with clients to provide them with the best trading solutions.
Qualifications
- Learn and assist in day-to-day trading operations, order execution, and back-office processes .
- Knowledge of Trading, Financial Analysis, and Market Trends
- Understanding and Compliance with NISM Regulations
- Proficiency in Market Research and Strategy Development
- Strong Communication and Client Interaction Skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
- Familiarity with trading platforms and financial software is a plus
