Position: Business Systems Analyst
Location: Bangalore (Onsite)

Role Overview:
As a Business Systems Analyst, you will work closely with Solution Led teams to optimize productivity and communication within business systems. You will serve as a trusted advisor, aligning data insights, processes, and systems to achieve program and initiative goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for customer success platforms like Gainsight and Dynamics.

  • Ensure stability, integrity, and efficient operation of business systems.

  • Analyze business needs, develop system requirements, and translate them into technical specifications.

  • Provide advanced knowledge of systems to address complex issues and solutions.

  • Compile, analyze, and display data from multiple sources.

  • Prepare technical reports, diagrams, workflow maps, or other visuals to enhance system understanding.

  • Recommend business processes or plans to improve system efficiencies and increase customer satisfaction.

  • Implement new requirements and contribute to system strategic planning.

  • Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to prioritize and streamline solution implementations.

  • Provide functional support and advanced customer service to internal end-users.

  • Develop and maintain business requirements and system documentation.

  • Create and deliver training for team members and end-users.

  • Participate in system updates, patches, and maintenance.

  • Lead portions of projects and build project management skills.

  • Ensure awareness of accessibility, compliance, and security guidelines.


Must-Have Skills:

  • Gainsight and Dynamics expertise (Level 3 Gainsight Admin certification is a plus).

  • Business analysis: requirements gathering, process mapping, test script creation, coordination.

  • Systems analysis: software configuration, functional testing, troubleshooting.

  • Process-oriented mindset with ability to scale team and operations.

  • Strong proficiency in Excel for data analysis.


Good-to-Have Skills:

  • Ability to think creatively and recommend innovative solutions.

  • Experience in facilitating and documenting business, functional, and technical requirements.
