Work closely with sales and finance teams to resolve invoicing and payment issues. Monitor accounts receivable and drive timely collections. Handle escalations and resolve payment disputes with customers. Analyze payment trends and suggest improvements in credit control. Ensure compliance with client systems, company policies, and regulatory requirements. Identify inefficiencies in the O2 C (Order-to-Cash) process and implement improvements. Explore automation and tech-driven solutions to streamline invoicing and collections. Key Skills and Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Management, or a related field(preferred). Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in finance or a similar role. Communicates clearly and professionally, both in writing and speech. Strong attention to detail You love numbers and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You’re confident in communicating with clients to follow up on invoices. You have a proactive mindset and love solving problems. You demonstrate integrity, ethics, and resilience in your work.
