Key Responsibilities :

  • Assisting in sampling and product development
  • Co-ordinating with vendors and suppliers
  • Support merchandising team in order execution
  • Tracking approvals and submissions
  • Maintaining time and action (T&A)calendar
  • Follow up on raw material procurement
  • Documentation and data management
  • Internal co-ordination with departments
  • Monitoring production progress
  • Assisting in quality checks and inspections
  • Reporting and updating order status

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Merchandising, Fashion Management, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in merchandising
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, factory visits, and industry events.
