Job Title : Senior Salesforce DeveloperExperience : 6+ YearsLocation : Kochi (Hybrid)Contract Duration : Long TermWork Time : IST ShiftWe are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to lead the design, development, and management of our Salesforce Sales applications. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Salesforce functionalities, Lightning Web Component development, API principles, and integration architecture. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored Salesforce solutions that align with industry best practices, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance.ResponsibilitiesSolution Design & ImplementationDesign, build, and deliver customized solutions using Salesforce and related technologies.Administration & MaintenanceProvide daily administration, troubleshooting, and maintenance for the Salesforce platform.Custom DevelopmentDevelop and maintain Salesforce Lightning custom solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC).Testing & ReportingBuild and maintain reports and dashboards ensuring data accuracy and integrity.Documentation & StandardsPrepare technical specifications and maintain detailed documentation in alignment with organizational and security standards.CollaborationWork closely with development teams and stakeholders to design and deploy integrated Salesforce applications.Compliance & ArchitectureEnsure solutions follow Salesforce best practices, enterprise architecture frameworks, and governance models.SkillsStrong expertise in Salesforce platform, including Lightning framework, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.Proficiency in REST API principles, development, deployment, and governance.Solid understanding of system and data integration architecture with relational databases (MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle).Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall development methodologies.Secondary SkillsExperience with Oracle CRM tools such as Eloqua or Fusion Sales & Service (preferred).Salesforce certifications (e.g., Admin, Sales or Service Cloud Consultant).QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.4+ years of experience in Salesforce implementation with team management exposure.Proven knowledge of Salesforce architecture concepts and functional roles.
