About the Job


We are seeking a hands-on Senior Structural Engineer with 3-6 years of experience, proficient in both hand calculations and Finite Element Method (FEM) analysis. While knowledge of the maritime/offshore sector is a plus, it’s not mandatory.


You will:


  • Perform detailed structural calculations using software ANSYS, Dlubal RFEM
  • Collaborate with steel engineers and CAD technicians on a variety of projects, ensuring innovative and efficient designs that meet client specifications.
  • Optimize designs by carefully analyzing results and identifying key design drivers.
  • Conduct Quality Assurance of computer models, calculations, and project documentation to ensure high standards are met.


What you bring:


  • A degree in Structural Engineering, Marine Engineering, or a related field
  • 3-6 years of hands-on experience in the analysis of steel structures
  • Familiarity with design standards, such as Eurocodes and DNV
  • Proven ability to apply structural engineering principles through hand calculations, sketches, and a basic understanding of the fabrication/construction process
  • Experience reviewing 3D CAD and structural models
  • Ability to work independently and a strong commitment to going the extra mile
  • Knowledge of material grades, welding symbols/details, profiles, and standards
