Intern - Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) / DevOps PositionOverview:

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic SRE/DevOps Intern to join our team. This role is perfect for a quick learner eager to work on cutting-edge technologies and gain hands-on experience in building, automating, and maintaining scalable infrastructure. The intern will work closely with our engineering team to ensure the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of our systems.

Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the team to develop, deploy, and maintain infrastructure using tools like Terraform and GCP. Assist in automating CI/CD pipelines with Groovy, Jenkins, and Git to streamline deployment processes. Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot containerized applications on Kubernetes (K8s) clusters. Create Dashboards, monitor and enhance system performance and reliability using observability tools such as Grafana and Prometheus. Learn and implement best practices in infrastructure as code, system monitoring, and incident response. Participate in sprint planning and contribute ideas for improving processes and tools.

Requirements: Quick learner with a strong passion for technology and problem-solving. Basic understanding of cloud computing, containerization, and infrastructure concepts. Proactive and eager to take ownership of tasks and challenges. Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment. Familiarity with one or more technologies listed: GCP, Kubernetes (K8s), Terraform, Jenkins, Groovy, Git, Grafana, Prometheus.Preferred Qualifications: Exposure to scripting languages like Python, Bash, or Groovy. Hands-on experience with Linux systems administration and Kubernetes configuration. Knowledge of monitoring and alerting principles. Familiarity with Agile or DevOps practices.What You’ll Gain: Practical experience with cutting-edge tools and technologies in the SRE/DevOps domain. Mentorship from experienced engineers in a supportive and collaborative environment. Opportunity to work on real-world projects and make a tangible impact. Skills and experience to jumpstart your career in cloud infrastructure and DevOps.
