Job Description :

- Functional Consultant with expertise in at-least 1-2 below Fusion modules along with the Core HR module. 5-8 years of relevant Fusion Payroll experience required.

- Payroll (Mandatory)

- Time and Labor

- Absence Management

- Expert in Fast Formula

- Aware of integration between OTL, Absence and Payroll and other third party integrations.

- Worked in at least 2 implementations.

- Middle-East Payroll experience :


- Implement, configure, and maintain Oracle Fusion HCM modules with a focus on Core HR and at least one or two additional modules such as Benefits, Compensation, Performance Management, Talent Management, or others as required.


- Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and system configurations.


- Provide expertise and guidance on best practices for HCM processes and configurations based on industry standards and Oracle Fusion HCM capabilities.


- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and demonstrations to educate users on system functionality and capabilities.


- Collaborate with technical teams for system integrations, including but not limited to integration between OTL (Oracle Time and Labor), Absence Management, Payroll, and other third-party applications.


- Perform system testing, validation, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the successful implementation of system changes and configurations.


- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues and provide ongoing support and maintenance for Oracle Fusion HCM applications.


- Stay updated on Oracle Fusion HCM product releases, patches, and new features, and assess their potential impact on existing implementations.


- Participate in project planning, estimation, and risk management activities to ensure successful project delivery within defined timelines and budget constraints.


- Mentor junior team members and provide knowledge transfer sessions to enhance team capabilities and expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM.


Skills :


- Extensive experience working as a functional consultant specializing in Oracle Fusion HCM modules.


- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Core HR module configuration and implementation.


- Proficiency in at least one or two additional Oracle Fusion HCM modules such as Benefits, Compensation, Performance Management, Talent Management, etc.


- Strong understanding of integration principles and experience with integrating Oracle Fusion HCM modules with other systems, particularly OTL, Absence Management, and Payroll.


- Familiarity with third-party integrations and APIs, and ability to collaborate with technical teams for seamless integration implementations.


- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into system requirements.


- Effective communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients, stakeholders, and team members.


- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.


- Certification in Oracle Fusion HCM modules is preferred.


- Experience with full lifecycle Oracle Fusion HCM implementations, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support.
