JS and JavaScript etc.,Implementing user experience UXdesigns and ensuring a smooth and intuitive user interface.Optimizing web applications for performance, scalability, and crossbrowser compatibility.Backend DevelopmentBuilding serverside logic using Python frameworks such as Django or Flask.Designing and developing RESTful APIs to facilitate communication between the frontend and backend systems.Implementing business logic, data validation, and security measures on the server side.Integrating with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB to store and retrieve data.Database ManagementDesigning and creating database schemas that support the applications requirements.Writing efficient database queries and optimizing database performance.Implementing data models and relationships using tools like Object Relational Mapping ORM frameworks such as Django ORM or SQLAlchemy.Testing and DebuggingWriting unit tests, integration tests, and endtoend tests to ensure the application functions correctly and meets the requirements.Debugging and troubleshooting issues, identifying and resolving bugs and performance bottlenecks.Deployment and DevOpsConfiguring and managing development, staging, and production environments.Implementing Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment CI/CD pipelines to automate the build, testing, and deployment processes.Monitoring application performance, logging, and error tracking.Collaboration and Version ControlCollaborating with crossfunctional teams, including designers, product managers, and other developers, to gather requirements and deliver high quality software solutions.Using version control systems like Git to manage code repositories and facilitate collaboration with other developers.Continuous Learning and AdaptationKeeping up to date with the latest trends, frameworks, and best practices in Python web development.Learning and incorporating new technologies and tools into the development workflow to improve efficiency and code qualityQualification and Skills RequiredStrong understanding of web development conceptsProficiency in Python programmingExperience working with frontend and backend frameworksPrior experience working in a DevOps environmentDemonstrable experience in ITIL Operations to tackle complex challenges in web application developmentExperience of working in agile, lean and cloud environmentsStrong Web based application development and production support or service recovery experience preferably in banking or financial domainAbility to balance conflicting and changing demands through prioritization and a pragmatic approachA strong track record of delivery and supporting successful implementationsMust be a self starter, able to work independently for long periods of time and remain focused on delivery of project objectives.
