The role is onsite in India and involves collaboration with international teams. Key Responsibilities: Configure and support Workday Absence / Time Off modules. Participate in full lifecycle Workday Absence implementations. Ensure accurate leave and absence tracking according to client policies. Identify opportunities to automate absence workflows. Prepare documentation, reports, and conduct knowledge transfer. Requirements Must-Have Skills / Qualifications : Workday Certification in Absence or Time Tracking Hands-on experience configuring Workday Absence modules Understanding of HR leave policies and compliance Strong communication and teamwork skills Must be willing to work onsite at office in India
