Hiring: Principal Engineer (Corporate Trainer – Embedded Systems)Designation: Principal Engineer – Corporate Trainer (Embedded Systems)Location: BangaloreExperience: 8–15 years in Embedded Systems IndustryEducation: M.Tech / B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, or Computer EngineeringIndustry Type: Education / E-Learning / Embedded SystemsJob DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Principal Engineer – Corporate Trainer to design in-house embedded projects and deliver high-quality training to corporate professionals, top universities, and tier-1 engineering colleges.The ideal candidate will have strong technical depth in embedded systems, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching and mentoring experienced engineers.Roles & Responsibilities1. Project DevelopmentDesign and develop embedded systems projects as real-world case studies.Use industry-standard tools and technologies (ARM Cortex, RTOS, Embedded Linux, etc.) to build training-oriented projects.Ensure developed projects reflect current industry requirements and practices.2. Corporate Training DeliveryTrain experienced engineers on embedded systems concepts, protocols, and technologies.Deliver sessions on:Protocols: CAN, SPI, I2C, UART, USB, Ethernet, Bluetooth, Zigbee (any one protocol expertise is mandatory)Technologies: ARM Cortex architectures, RTOS (FreeRTOS, Zephyr), Embedded Linux, IoT frameworksAddress participant queries in a systematic and structured way .3. Methodology & Technical Skill TrainingTeach embedded software development methodologies including:Bare-metal programmingDriver developmentDebugging techniquesGuide trainees through hands-on labs, debugging exercises, and project implementations.Desired Candidate Profile8–15 years of industry experience in embedded systems (product development or services).Expertise in at least one communication protocol : CAN, SPI, I2C, UART, USB, Ethernet, Bluetooth, Zigbee.Strong knowledge of the complete embedded product development lifecycle .Proficiency with tools such as:IDEs: Keil, IAR, EclipseDebug tools: JTAG, SWDSimulation/emulation toolsExcellent programming skills in C/C++ , Python , and familiarity with assembly language .Hands-on experience with RTOS (FreeRTOS, Zephyr) and/or Embedded Linux .Excellent verbal and written communication skills .Strong collaborative skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Solid understanding of embedded hardware/software co-design , interfacing, and debugging.
