Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Recruiter located in New Delhi. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating hiring processes, and maintaining candidate databases. The role also involves developing and implementing recruitment strategies, collaborating with department managers to understand hiring needs, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring processes
  • Proficiency in maintaining candidate databases and using recruitment software
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collaborate with department managers and understand hiring needs
  • Experience in developing and implementing recruitment strategies
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn and Naukri
  • 6 months - 1 year of experience in the HR domain.
