Position Overview:

Our Clients are seeking an experienced and dynamic Vice President to lead the Operations and to implement the Organisation's Vision and Objectives. He will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the company, ensuring the highest standards of excellence and efficiency. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in the Hospitality Industry and a proven track record of managing large-scale operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Strategies aligned with the company's vision and objectives.
  • Oversee the Performance of multiple hospitality assets thru Business Partners, ensuring they meet international luxury standards and deliver desired levels of Profitability.
  • Collaborate with international luxury hotel brands to maintain and enhance service quality.
  • Drive operational efficiencies and improvements across all assets.
  • Lead and mentor a diverse team of managers and staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee budgets, financial performance, and profitability of the assets.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including hotel brand partners, investors, and regulatory authorities.
  • Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within the Hospitality sector.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, or a related field. An advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.
  • A minimum of 20 years of experience in the Hospitality industry, with at least 5 years in a Senior Leadership role (such as General Manager of a large Inventory Luxury Hotel or a Multi Property role with leading International Hospitality Brands ).
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale Hospitality Operations.
  • Strong Financial acumen and experience with budgetary management.
  • Ability to contribute to the Company’s Growth and Development
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
  • Familiarity with international luxury hotel brand standards and operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence and achieve business goals.
