The candidate will be responsible for leading a team, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and quality deliverables while adhering to project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Scan-to-BIM designers and modelers.
  • Interpret and convert point cloud data into accurate, information-rich BIM models.
  • Perform CAD to BIM conversions, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Architects, Engineers, and Contractors) for seamless coordination.
  • Review and validate models for accuracy, quality, and compliance with client requirements.
  • Develop and implement best practices for Scan-to-BIM processes.
  • Provide training, mentorship, and technical support to junior team members.
  • Manage workload distribution, timelines, and client communication for assigned projects.
  • Stay updated on the latest BIM technologies, software advancements, and industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering.
  • 5–8 years of experience in Scan-to-BIM, CAD to BIM conversion, and point cloud processing.
  • Hands-on expertise in tools like Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Recap, Cyclone, or other Point Cloud software.
  • Strong understanding of BIM standards (LOD, BEP, COBie, ISO19650, etc.).
  • Proven ability to handle complex Scan-to-BIM projects independently.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage client relationships and deliver projects within deadlines.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Prior experience in leading and mentoring a design team.
  • Exposure to international BIM projects.
  • Strong analytical and attention-to-detail mindset.
