We are seeking a highly skilled Scan-to-BIM Designer with strong expertise in CAD to BIM conversion and Point Cloud modeling. The ideal candidate should have an academic background in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering, with proven experience in Scan-to-BIM projects. The candidate will be responsible for leading a team, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and quality deliverables while adhering to project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Scan-to-BIM designers and modelers.
  • Interpret and convert point cloud data into accurate, information-rich BIM models.
  • Perform CAD to BIM conversions, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Architects, Engineers, and Contractors) for seamless coordination.
  • Review and validate models for accuracy, quality, and compliance with client requirements.
  • Develop and implement best practices for Scan-to-BIM processes.
  • Provide training, mentorship, and technical support to junior team members.
  • Manage workload distribution, timelines, and client communication for assigned projects.
  • Stay updated on the latest BIM technologies, software advancements, and industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering.
  • 5–8 years of experience in Scan-to-BIM, CAD to BIM conversion, and point cloud processing.
  • Hands-on expertise in tools like Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Recap, Cyclone, or other Point Cloud software.
  • Strong understanding of BIM standards (LOD, BEP, COBie, ISO19650, etc.).
  • Proven ability to handle complex Scan-to-BIM projects independently.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage client relationships and deliver projects within deadlines.

  • Prior experience in leading and mentoring a design team.
  • Exposure to international BIM projects.
  • Strong analytical and attention-to-detail mindset.
