To succeed in this role, the candidate should have a broad set of MarkLogic NoSQL technology skills to be able to design, build, and support robust NoSQL solutions and learn quickly as the industry grows
Strong knowledge of NoSQL technologies interacts and complement
Deep understanding of internals of NoSQL framework
Previous experience and a strong technical background deploying, administrating, tuning, monitoring, and maintaining database technologies including but not limited to; MongoDB, Oracle NoSQL, Hadoop(Cloudera/HortonWorks)
Solid experience in database tuning, design, security, backup, recovery, and archival concepts.
A record of working effectively with application teams, and executing on multiple projects in varying stages of the development life cycle is important
The candidate must also demonstrate the ability to learn new technologies quickly and be able to transfer knowledge to others
Candidate should possess strong problem-solving skills. Be able to grasp the problem at hand and recognize appropriate approach, tools and technologies to solve it
Candidate should possess strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills and be able to work in a fast paced, team atmosphere
Work effectively with minimal direction.
