Consultant, Senior Consultant & Manager
in our
Operations Transformation
Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -You will be working on solving full spectrum of sustainability and climate change challenges across a wide range of clients across industry sectors. You will not just be working on ideas and recommendations to solve the client’s challenges, in most cases you would also be walking with the client in implementing those recommendations and in advising clients as they establish and improve internal processes for collecting, analyzing, measuring, and reporting information.Continuous learning at a team level and at an individual level will be your responsibility and ensuring that you have lots of fun while doing all this is our responsibility.Desired qualificationsUndergraduate degree in sustainability, business, environmental studies, or another related program. MBA/M. Tech./M.E. will be preferred2-10 years of relevant experienceDemonstrated experience in frameworks (like the TCFD, SASB, GRI, CDP) as well as various ESG rating methodologies.Experience in sustainability reporting; sustainability target setting; carbon accounting; climate change; sustainable finance; techno-commercial assessments; emissions modelling & scenario development; carbon pricing, carbon markets & trading; ESG governance; and circular economy.Good knowledge of concepts and policy options in one or more of the following sub-areas: climate change, GHG and Carbon neutrality; decarbonization and energy transitionsSustainability certification (e.g., GRI or SASB’s Fundamentals of Sustainability Accounting credential a plus)Strong data analytics and visualization skills, comfortable working with large datasets, both in Excel and beyond.Ability to create compelling narrative within ESG and corporate sectorsAbility to take up economic analysis, financial analysisExcellent communication skills (oral and written)Strong network in climate change and sustainability fraternityA fast learner who can pick up a new sector, industry, or a concept very quicklyOut-of-box thinking and an inclination for problem solvingA thorough team player and proven ability to lead teamsResearch, analysis, macroeconomic modelling, and problem-solving capabilitiesAdaptability to travel and changeLocation and way of workingBase location: Pan IndiaThis profile involves frequent / occasional travelling to client locations OR this profile does not involve extensive travel for work.Hybrid is our default way of working.
