A supportive, inclusive and fun team- who value team morale and social activities Up to $7,000 for relocation assistance A full induction period to ensure you feel comfortable in the role An opportunity for a varied caseload, including NDIS, private and aged care clients- to help you find areas which you are passionate about and improve on clinical skills Regular outreach trips to very remote communities throughout the Northern Territory Learn and develop your skills around prescription of equipment and home modifications (OT) Learn and develop your skills in mental health and/or occupational therapy Annual professional development budget to further explore your own areas of interest in line with OT Inspire Australia values The opportunity to engage in leadership roles, career advancement and specialty tasks/projects Eligibility for scholarship and bursaries What’s the role? Provide evidence based, person centered assessment, clinical management and intervention to people with a cognitive, physical or psycho-social disability in line with NDIS goals The prescription of Assistive Technology and recommendations for Home Modifications funded under the NDIS and other external funding agencies, this includes the preparation of funding applications Ensure that program development and service delivery reflect the cultural and social diversity of the local community OT Inspire specialises in assessment, intervention and evaluation of children, adolescents and adults to develop cognitive, motor, sensory and psychosocial skills in a supportive and enriching environment. Therapeutic services specialise in primarily disability and mental health issues Is this the right role for you?
