Location: RemoteOpenings: 4Engagement: 4-month contract (extendable)Budget: Up to ₹19 LPA (pro-rated for 4 months)About the RoleWe are looking for AI Model Testers who can evaluate machine learning and deep learning models to ensure they function as expected. The role involves designing and executing test cases, validating model outputs, and ensuring the overall quality, reliability, and fairness of AI systems.This engagement is a part of our initiative to diversify our talent pool and establish a long-term partnership for future GCC expansion.Key ResponsibilitiesEvaluate and test AI/ML models to ensure expected functionality and accuracy.Design, document, and execute comprehensive test cases covering all stages of the ML workflow.Perform data validation, bias testing, and model performance checks.Automate test processes using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Postman .Validate API integrations, performance, and security aspects of AI systems.Collaborate with engineering and data science teams in agile environments to identify and resolve issues.Analyze results, report findings, and contribute to continuous improvement of testing frameworks.Required Skills & ExperienceStrong understanding of software testing fundamentals , SDLC , and test case design .Proficiency in Python , with working knowledge of machine learning / deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, etc.).Familiarity with test automation tools – Selenium, Cypress, Postman.Experience in data analysis , data quality assurance , and AI bias testing .Knowledge of API , performance , and security testing .Solid understanding of AI workflows — training, inference, model deployment.Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work collaboratively in Agile / DevOps environments.
