About the role


UX Content Designers craft clear, consistent language for Atisfy’s products and digital experiences. This highly collaborative role partners closely with cross-functional team members to create user-centered experiences.


Responsibilities:

  • Map user journey and develop content design solutions that enhance the usability and accessibility of our products and digital experiences.
  • Lead content design strategy efforts, including experience audits, voice and tone evolution, empathy mapping, and content template creation.
  • Advocate for customers' needs during feature prioritization and design processes.
  • Provide insightful feedback and guidance to leadership on content-related matters.
  • Collaborate closely with UX designers, researchers, developers, and product partners throughout all design phases.
  • Align content design strategies with business goals, leveraging data and metrics to drive decision-making.


General Requirements:

You're an ideal candidate for the UX Content Designer role if you possess:

  • 5+ years of experience in UX writing/content design for software products or digital experiences.
  • A portfolio showcasing your relevant UX content work.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the impact of language and visual communication in digital experiences.
  • Familiarity with working in cross-functional environments within UX/design, creative, marketing, or similar settings.
  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills to articulate content process and decisions.
  • Awareness of various methods for tracking and measuring UX content success and impact.
  • Knowledge of accessibility guidelines such as AODA and WCAG.
  • Familiarity with content design/UI tools such as Figma will be an added advantage.


Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in writing, marketing, communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • UX Writing or Content Design: 5 years (Required)
