Tele-sales Executive

As a Tele-sales Executive, you must operate in line with management directives and in accordance with the Company’s policies, standards and procedures which form the organization’s quality management system.

You will be responsible for qualifying customers on the phone by understanding their business, mapping their needs to specific products and presenting products online. The operational responsibilities of this position are:

1.

Generating leads

by contacting potential or existing customers to introduce the company and our products2. Answering queries about the company and its products3.

Qualifying customers

and identification of key contacts by engaging with them on the phone4. Understanding customer requirements and presenting the appropriate products as solutions5. Issuing proposals and closing deals on the phone where possible6.

Coordinating sales meetings

with the field sales team as required7. Maintaining detailed records of customer information and all customer interactions8. Meeting sales and marketing campaign targets9. Representing the company from time to time at industry events

In addition to the above, you will be expected to complete any other tasks assigned by your supervisor.

Requirements:Education

Bachelor’s DegreeExperience

1+ years in Pre-sales or tele-marketing of B2B products or promotional activities.Knowledge

An understanding the construction work-flows for consultants, contractors and suppliers.Soft Skills

Strong telephone skills. Standard business protocols.Qualities

Target oriented, Systematic, Persistent and Follow-through.Technical Skills

Comfortable using Gmail, social media and spreadsheetsLanguages

Excellent written and spoken business English.Personality

This job requires self-confidence and positivity. You must have a genuine interest in people to be able to strike meaningful conversations starting with a cold call.Special skills

A strong voice is a useful attribute in this position.

KPIsWhile sales performance is measured based on the sales made during the period, the following KPIs enable us track progress:1. Number of calls and meetings set per day2. Number of leads generated per day
