We are seeking a Generative AI Engineer Intern to join our innovative start-up. In this role, you will support the development, implementation, and evaluation of Generative AI models, AI agents, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems. You’ll work on data preparation, model experimentation, and help integrate AI-driven intelligence into real-world applications. Key Responsibilities: Assist in building, fine-tuning, and deploying Gen AI models, AI agents, and RAG pipelines. Perform data preprocessing, analysis, and quality checks for model input and retrieval. Conduct model and system evaluation using both quantitative and qualitative metrics. Develop and test algorithms to improve accuracy, reliability, and contextual reasoning Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and integrate AI-powered features. Document workflows, results, and insights from experiments and evaluations. Key Skills: Proficiency in Computer Science and Algorithms Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment Strong understanding of AI and machine learning fundamentals Strong Proficiency in Python and relevant libraries/frameworks (Hugging Face). Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar AI orchestration frameworks (e.G., LlamaIndex, CrewAI) LLM & RAG Evaluation:Design and implement robust AI evaluation frameworks (e.G., RAGAs, LLM-as-a-Judge) Compensation: ₹7-10K during internship, potential for full time role.
