Category Manager - Content Creation


Role Summary

As a Content Creation Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in crafting content that inspires confidence, educates, and drives action.


How You’ll Contribute

1. Content Strategy

Develop ideas positioning Kolo as the go-to solution for homeowners.

Create a dynamic content roadmap aligned with the brand’s evolving objectives.

Adapt strategies to industry trends, leveraging innovative themes.

2. Execution Excellence

Experiment with diverse formats: blogs, case studies, infographics, videos, and customer success stories.

Collaborate with advisory, marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.

Maintain high-quality standards in content creation, ensuring timely and impactful delivery.

3. Analysis and Optimization

Monitor content performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Use data-driven insights to refine strategies, maximizing engagement, reach, and conversions.


Who Should Apply

Experience: 3–4 years in content creation for B2C brands or growing social media/video channels influencing consumer lifestyles.

Expertise: Strong storytelling skills and ability to create compelling, customer-focused content.

Ownership: Self-starter with a proactive approach, owning the end-to-end content lifecycle.

Adaptability: Evolving strategies and formats to stay relevant in a dynamic industry.

Collaboration: Team player with excellent interpersonal and project management skills.

Data-Driven Mindset: Proficient in analyzing performance and making data-informed improvements.
