Job Description :-

  • Design Development: Assist in the development of architectural designs and concepts for residential projects, ensuring functional and aesthetic excellence.
  • Drafting and Documentation: Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications using CAD software under the guidance of senior architects.
  • Site Visits: Conduct site visits to monitor the progress of projects, ensuring conformity to design specifications and standards.
  • Client Interaction: Participate in client meetings to understand project requirements and communicate design solutions effectively.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure designs comply with local building codes and regulations, coordinating with relevant authorities as necessary.
  • Software Proficiency: Civil 3D, MS-Office

Key Requirements

  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in architectural design, specifically within the residential sector.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or a relevant field with a specialization in Civil Engineering.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong portfolio showcasing residential design projects
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300, ₹600,000.00 per year
