Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Supply Chain Management:

Develop and implement comprehensive supply channels and strategies to achieve

organizational goals.

Optimize for cost efficiency and operational excellence.

Analyze supply data to identify risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.

2. Procurement and Vendor Management:

Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of quality goods

and services.

Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with vendors to secure favorable terms.

Monitor supplier performance and address any issues related to quality, delivery, or compliance.

3. Supply Management:

Oversee Supply planning, forecasting, and control to prevent shortages.

4. Team Leadership:

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of supply chain professionals.

Establish performance goals and conduct regular evaluations to ensure team productivity and

engagement.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability.

5. Compliance and Reporting:

Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and ethical standards in all supply chain activities.

Prepare and present reports on supply chain performance, budget utilization, and operational
