POSITION SUMMARY:
• The Brand Marketing Head will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive brand and digital marketing strategies to enhance the company’s visibility, reputation, and global presence.
• This role will oversee brand management, public relations, digital marketing, customer insights, and data analytics to ensure consistent and impactful brand messaging across all channels.
• The Brand Marketing Head will play a crucial role in shaping the brand identity, driving marketing initiatives, and ensuring the company stands out in the after-sales and product protection industry.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Brand Management:
• Oversee the development and maintenance of a strong brand identity.
• Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with the company’s objectives.
• Ensure consistency in messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure brand consistency and alignment with overall business goals.
• Lead development of marketing strategy by working closely with clients, managers, creatives,
content providers, and distribution partners to create effective plans focused on growing the
audience for the company.
2. Public Relations:
• Develop and execute PR strategies to enhance the company's visibility and reputation in the market.
• Build and maintain relationships with media and industry partners.
• Attend conventions, conferences, and events, preparing engaging displays and collateral as needed and provide post-event reports and analysis
3. Digital Marketing:
• Ensure consistency in digital brand messaging across all online marketing materials and channels.
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to enhance online brand presence.
• Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns across platforms (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram) and other relevant channels.
4. Customer Insights and Data Analytics:
• Leverage customer data and analytics to gain insights into customer behavior, preferences, and
trends.
• Use these insights to inform and enhance marketing strategies and initiatives, ensuring they are
customer-centric and data-driven.
5. Data-driven decision-making:
• Leverage analytics and market insights to inform strategic decisions, optimize marketing efforts, and evaluate the return on investment (ROI) of campaigns and strategies.
6. International Market Exposure:
• Utilize knowledge of international markets to expand the brand’s global presence.
• Adapt brand strategies to cater to different international audiences.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
1. Minimum of 12-15 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing teams
2. Highly analytical with a data-driven approach to decision making.
3. Strong understanding of brand management, digital marketing, SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, and analytics.
4. Experience in the tech industry is highly desirable.
