SR. INVENTORY PROCUREMENT EXECUTIVE Job Title Inventory & Procurement Executive Experiance 10+ years Gender Preference M ale / Female ( Both ) Age Preference 30+ Years, Married Pay Structure 30-/- per month Reporting to CEO Job Location Sikri Prithla (Palwal) JOB BRIEF - To ensure uninterrupted supply of raw materials by maintaining accurate inventory, monitoring consumption, and procuring required RM in time at optimal cost. Key Responsibilities:  Inventory Management Maintain up-to-date records via ERP entries of RM stock (physical & system). Monitor minimum/maximum stock levels and avoid stock-outs. Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile physical vs. system stock. Scheduling & Procurement Coordinate with the Marketing Department to understand RM requirements. Raise purchase requisitions based on stock and production demand. Follow up with suppliers, for timely material availability as per lead time. Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for best rates & quality. Ensure timely procurement of raw materials Reporting & Compliance Generate MIS reports on RM stock, consumption, and purchase. Maintain documentation for audit and compliance. Ensure adherence to company policies on inventory & procurement. ERP - Inventory management module Coordinate with the ERP Software vendor for Errors Getting changes made in ERP inventory management module as & when required. BEHAVIROUAL & TECHNICAL SKILLS Good communication skills (Writing emails & Speaking both) Leadership skills Knowledge of MS Excel & Word Should be able to resolve ERP software issues with ERP developer
