The ideal candidate will have a strong backgroundin medical affairs preferably with experience working in a hospitalsetting and a passion for leveraging technology to enhancehealthcare delivery.KeyResponsibilities:
  • Establishand maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs)physicians and healthcare professionals to support the adoption ofour healthcare technology solutions.
  • Serve as aclinical resource for internal teams providing medical expertiseand guidance on product development marketing materials andeducational initiatives.
  • Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams including product management marketing salesand regulatory affairs to ensure alignment on medical strategy andmessaging.
  • Develop and deliver educationalprograms and materials for healthcare professionals includingtraining sessions webinars andpresentations.
  • Stay informed about industrytrends clinical guidelines and regulatory requirements relevant toour products and therapeutic areas offocus.
  • Represent the company at medicalconferences symposiums and other industry events showcasing ourtechnology and engaging with keystakeholders.
  • Support the development andexecution of clinical studies and research initiatives to generateevidence supporting the safety and efficacy of ourproducts.
  • Provide medical input and review forpromotional materials publications and regulatory submissions toensure compliance with relevant guidelines andregulations.
Requirements:
  • Medicaldegree (MBBS/MD) or equivalent qualification.
  • 2to 3 years of experience in medical affairs preferably withexposure to hospital settings.
  • Strong clinicalknowledge and understanding of medical terminology patient carepathways and healthcare practices.
  • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills with the ability toeffectively engage and influence stakeholders at alllevels.
  • Detailoriented with strong analyticaland problemsolving abilities.
  • Proactive andselfmotivated with the ability to work independently and as part ofa team in a fastpaced startupenvironment.
  • Experience in healthcaretechnology or digital health is a plus.
  • Abilityto travel occasionally for meetings conferences andevents.
