About the Role

As an
Admission Officer
at Xylem's
Commerce Pro
division, you will be the first point of contact for students and parents exploring careers in commerce and finance. Your role involves counseling students on programs like
CA, ACCA, and CMA
, guiding them through the admission process, and ensuring a smooth, transparent experience from inquiry to enrollment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Student & Visitor Engagement

  • Welcome and counsel prospective students and parents.
  • Handle walk-ins, calls, and digital inquiries promptly and professionally.

2. Program Counseling

  • Explain course structures, eligibility, and career prospects for CA, ACCA, and CMA.
  • Provide tailored guidance based on student background and goals.

3. Admissions & Finance

  • Assist with applications, document verification, and fee submissions.
  • Explain fee structures and payment plans clearly.
  • Coordinate with Finance for collections and maintain accurate records.

4. Administration & Reporting

  • Maintain student records and CRM updates.
  • Track inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.
  • Support in admission-related reporting.
