Job Opportunity – Precast Engineers

Location: Attur, Salem DT, Tamilnadu.

Plus Max Group of Companies is seeking highly skilled and experienced Precast Engineers to join our team for an upcoming Medical College construction project. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a prestigious project that will contribute to the betterment of society through education and healthcare infrastructure.

Positions Available:

Minimum 2 Engineers

Experience Requirements:

• Senior Engineer: 10–15 years of proven experience in precast engineering and construction.
• Engineer: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in precast engineering, preferably in large-scale institutional or medical projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage precast structural works for the medical college project.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and project managers to ensure quality and timely execution.
• Review and approve precast shop drawings, designs, and technical specifications.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, project specifications, and international codes.
• Provide technical expertise in problem-solving during the design and construction phases.
• Manage site installation, monitoring progress, and resolving precast-related issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of precast concrete systems, design, and execution.
• Hands-on experience in large-scale institutional or healthcare projects is preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.
