Its team focuses on customer engagement, loan processing, and achieving sale s growth.Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Coimbatore for all types of Loans & Credit Cards Sales positions at KANAGADHARA, looking for employees all over Tamil Nadu. The role involves engaging with potential customers to promote and sell loans and credit card products, understanding customer needs to provide tailored financial solutions, and building and maintaining customer relationships. Responsibilities also include meeting sales targets, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a thorough understanding of financial products offered. Qualifications Knowledge of Retail Loans and Credit Card products and related financial services Strong Communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers Experience in Customer Service, ensuring customer satisfaction Sales expertise with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets Basic understanding of Finance and banking-oriented products is an advantage Proactive attitude and the ability to work independently in a target-driven environment Relevant prior experience in a similar role or in financial services is beneficial
