Job Overview:We are looking for a dynamic

Campaign Marketer

to drive our marketing campaigns from concept through execution. The ideal candidate will have experience creating and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns that attract and engage our target audience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact campaigns that enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and support business growth.Key Responsibilities:Campaign Strategy & Planning:Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns to promote products, services, or events.Define campaign objectives, KPIs, and target audience.Research market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to inform campaign strategies.Execution & Management:Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and resources.Work closely with the creative team to produce content, graphics, and marketing materials.Oversee the execution of campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, print, and events.Coordinate with internal teams (product, sales, etc.) to align campaign messaging with business objectives.Performance Analysis & Reporting:Track and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or other marketing platforms.Report on campaign outcomes, including ROI, lead generation, customer acquisition, and engagement metrics.Use data insights to optimize campaigns and make data-driven decisions for future campaigns.Collaboration:Liaise with external agencies, vendors, and media outlets to execute campaign components.Partner with sales teams to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and sales goals.

Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.years of experience in marketing campaign management.Proven experience in managing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.Proficiency with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems.Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to optimize campaigns.Excellent communication and project management skills.Creative thinker with a strong attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:Experience in campaign marketing.Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).Experience in B2B/B2C marketing.
