The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of modern UI/UX principles and the latest industry trends. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative design solutions, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable user experience across all digital platforms.________________________________________Key Responsibilities:-

Create information architectures, user flows, and wireframes to define the structure and navigation of applications.-

Develop low- and high-fidelity prototypes using well known tools-

Design engaging and user-centered interfaces that align with brand guidelines and the latest UI trends.-

Use responsive design principles to ensure that the UI works across various devices and screen sizes (mobile, tablet, desktop).-

Create interactive prototypes for validation and testing, using tools-

Collaborate closely with developers to ensure the accurate implementation of design specifications, providing assets, style guides, and design systems.-

Review and provide feedback on the final UI implementation, ensuring that it meets the intended design.-

Plan and conduct usability testing to gather direct user feedback, identifying design improvements and areas for optimization.-

Iterate designs based on feedback and usability testing results to continually improve the user experience.-

Apply modern UI/UX methodologies such as Design Thinking, User-Centered Design (UCD), and Lean UX to deliver a seamless and intuitive user experience.-

Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and techniques in UI/UX, such as micro interactions, motion design, dark mode, and voice-user interfaces (VUI).________________________________________Experience & Qualifications:Experience:-

4+ years of experience in UI/UX design, working on web, mobile, or enterprise applications.-

Proven track record of creating user-friendly and visually appealing designs that enhance user engagement and satisfaction.-

Experience with responsive design and mobile-first approaches.-

Proficiency in prototyping and design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and InVision.-

Experience with Agile/Scrum development processes and collaboration tools like Jira or Trello.Preferred Skills:-

Strong understanding of Design Systems and experience in creating and maintaining them (e.G., Material Design, Bootstrap).-

Familiarity with HTML5/CSS3 and a basic understanding of front-end development to ensure design feasibility.-

Experience with A/B testing and data-driven UX design.-

Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and best practices to ensure inclusive design.-

Familiarity with motion design principles and animation tools such as After Effects or Principle is a plus.Education:-

A Bachelor's degree in related fields-

Certifications (preferred but not mandatory): Certified Usability Analyst (CUA), Google UX Design Professional Certificate, Nielsen Norman Group UX Certification.________________________________________Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):-

Usability: Achieve high usability test scores with minimal usability issues-

Task Success Rate: Ensure that users can complete critical tasks easily, targeting a 95%+ task success rate.-

Iteration Speed: Efficiently produce and iterate designs based on feedback and testing within set deadlines.-

Accessibility Compliance: Ensure that designs meet accessibility standards with fewer than 5% accessibility issues.-

Collaboration Efficiency: Maintain effective communication with development teams, with less than 10% deviation from design specifications during implementation.
