We’re Hiring: Estimation EngineerLocation: Ranchi, JharkhandOrganization: Minu Enhance Developers, part of the Minu GroupAbout the CompanyMinu Enhance Developers is a fast-growing real estate and infrastructure company under the Minu Group, known for its disciplined execution, quality construction, and strong project delivery standards.We are seeking a detail-oriented Estimation Engineer who can handle BOQ preparation, quantity estimation, AutoCAD drafting, and on-site stock management for our residential and commercial projects.Key Responsibilities- Prepare and verify Bill of Quantities (BOQ), quantity take-offs, and cost estimates from architectural and structural drawings.- Work on AutoCAD for layout review, quantity extraction, and minor drawing modifications.- Support purchase and procurement teams with accurate quantity data, rate analysis, and cost comparisons.- Manage and monitor material stock at site — including consumption tracking, reconciliation, and reporting.- Coordinate with site engineers, storekeepers, and purchase teams to maintain optimal inventory levels.- Assist in budgeting, tendering, and vendor evaluation with technical inputs.- Maintain MIS for estimation, stock, and material flow, ensuring accuracy and traceability.- Liaise with architects, contractors, and project managers for drawings, technical clarifications, and approval of quantities.Candidate Profile- Experience: 3–8 years in Estimation, Quantity Surveying, or Costing — preferably in Building Construction / Real Estate / Infrastructure.- Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent.- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software/tools.- Strong grasp of construction drawings, measurement standards, and material tracking.- Practical exposure to site stock management and reconciliation.- Strong analytical, documentation, and coordination skills.- Based in or willing to relocate to Ranchi.What We Offer- Competitive salary and growth opportunities.- Exposure to premium construction and real estate projects.- A hands-on, structured environment focused on efficiency and accountability.- Direct coordination with management and project heads.To Apply:Send your updated CV to Subject: Estimation Engineer – Minu Enhance Developers (Ranchi)- If you know a capable Estimation Engineer with strong AutoCAD and stock management skills, tag or share this post.
