Role& Responsibilities: Asan Agile Program Manager you will play a pivotal role in usheringin a unified approach to work aligning our global R&Dorganization under the One Employ way of working. Your primaryresponsibilities willinclude:
- Managing multiple projectsand scrum teams locally while actively fostering closer alignmentamong teams worldwide.
- Collaborating with thePMO Lead to establish and develop a local Program ManagementOrganization within the broader R&D Operationsteam.
- Coordinating schedules across variousAgile projects and teams effectively managingdependencies.
- Serving as a Scrum Master for oneor more teams facilitating daily standup meetings reviewsretrospectives and addressing impediments in collaboration withEngineering Managers.
- Ensuring effective sprintplanning in partnership with Product Managers to ensure timelybacklog readiness for development.
- Maintainingteam metrics and providing comprehensive reporting on the status ofquarterly and sprint commitments.
- Encouragingteams to aim for potentially releasable code in eachsprint.
- Prioritizing tasks strategically tomaximize impact on sharedsuccess.
- Collaborating with the PMO Lead todevise and implement project process changes across the R&Dorganization.
- Cultivating relationships withlocal Product and Engineering leaders as well as those in NorthAmerica to enhance transparency and informationsharing.
- Identifying and escalating areas ofconcern and potential solutions to address inefficiencies acrossR&D.
IdealCandidate:
- 1012 yearsof experience managing Agile software developmentprojects.
- Strong aptitude for buildingrelationships and fosteringcollaboration.
- Exceptional written and verbalcommunication skills.
- Highly organizedanalytical detailoriented andqualityminded.
- Experience in managingorganizational process changes.
- Certificationas a Scrum Master.
- Proficiency in JIRA andConfluence tooling; experience with Jellyfish is aplus.
