Position: Insurance Broker
Location: Vadodara , Gujarat
Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in the insurance sector
Qualification: MBA (Finance preferred)
Salary: Up to 3 LPA (Negotiable based on experience)
Key Responsibilities
- Understand clients' insurance needs and provide suitable advice on available products.
- Research, compare, and negotiate the best insurance policies with multiple insurance providers.
- Maintain strong relationships with both clients and insurance companies.
- Assist clients in claims management and ensure smooth settlement.
- Analyze client portfolios and suggest renewals, upgrades, or new policies.
- Keep up to date with industry regulations, policy changes, and compliance requirements.
- Prepare accurate documentation, proposals, and reports for clients.
- Achieve sales and business development targets set by the organization.
Key Skills & Competencies
- In-depth knowledge of insurance products (life, health, general, and corporate).
- Strong negotiation and networking skills.
- Excellent English Fluency is Required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication (fluency in English is a must).
- Analytical thinking with attention to detail.
- Ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
