We are now transforming the company to a Green focused Fintech platform.
Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr. Manager to join our team and be a part of renowned Genus Group. The AVP will play a crucial role to identify potential partnership/Co-lending opportunities, negotiate agreements, developing and managing strategic co-lending alliances between organizations to achieve mutual goals in Green energy finance e.g. Solar, EV etc.
Key Responsibilities:• Credit Policy Development: Develop, review, and enhance the credit policies & procedures for existing as well as new secured/unsecured loan products done under the co-lending model with various partners, to maintain a balanced and effective risk management approach while supporting business objectives.• Portfolio Risk Assessment & Monitoring: Assess credit risk in the portfolio on an ongoing basis through in-depth analysis of good/bad segments Identify data gaps/anomalies and reconcile the same with partners. Establish credit monitoring mechanisms to track the performance of the credit portfolio and proactively identify potential areas of concern.• Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date with the latest regulatory guidelines and ensure the credit policy adheres to all relevant legal and regulatory requirements set forth by relevant authorities.• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments to integrate credit policy considerations into their respective functions.• Market research - Conducting market research and competitor analysis for co-lending• Ad-hoc assignments: Ad-hoc assignments related to credit risk and portfolio analytics from time to time.
Qualifications:• CA/MBA in Finance, Finance Management, Banking, economics.• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Co-lending products.• Strong knowledge of organizational,negotiating Terms/agreements and time management skills
