Position Overview
Roth Pets Private Limited is seeking a motivated and performance-driven Sales Representative to expand our customer base and build strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, sales presentations, negotiation, closing deals, and managing customer relationships, while driving revenue growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new leads and prospects through networking, referrals, and market research.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.
- Negotiate terms, prepare proposals, and close sales deals effectively.
- Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and client retention.
- Manage and update the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely follow-ups.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, customer service) for smooth sales execution.
- Prepare and present sales reports and performance metrics to management.
- Stay updated with product knowledge and market trends to effectively position offerings.

- Proven product knowledge with the ability to match solutions to customer needs.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 2–5 years of sales experience, preferably in retail, FMCG, or pet-care/consumer products.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office, and reporting dashboards.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
