Job Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic and driven freshers to join our RFP Team as RFP Recruiters. In this entry-level role, you will assist in the Request for Proposal (RFP) process, supporting the recruitment efforts by sourcing and attracting qualified candidates to meet business and client needs. This position offers excellent growth opportunities, hands-on experience in recruitment, and the chance to work with clients in the US staffing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the RFP process, identifying and sourcing candidates for various job requirements.
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to match candidates with client proposals.
- Source talent through multiple channels, including job portals, social media, and networking.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial candidate evaluations, and facilitate interviews.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and track the recruitment progress using CRM and ATS tools.
- Support client communications and understand the staffing needs for proposal development.
- Gain exposure to staffing processes in the US Government sector, specifically in IT and technical domains.
Qualifications:
- A degree in BCA, B.Tech, MCA, MBA, or any related discipline.
- Strong interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, and human resources.
- Basic understanding of IT technologies (a plus but not mandatory).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with teams effectively.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and job portals is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic, target-driven environment.
Preferred Skills (Not Required but a Plus):
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work with diverse teams.
