Our team at MBRDI works on the new intuitive and intelligent infotainment system, MBUX – Mercedes Benz User Experience. We do a lot of development activities on advanced engineering topics showcasing the new features and technologies that can be included in our future products. Extending the entertainment to rear passengers, we are involved in software development for rear seat entertainment (RSE) too. We are completely responsible for the infotainment system component as a product and responsible to achieve the quality KPIs of our product in the field. These development activities are ably supported by our testing team which uses the latest technologies and methods for automated testing.We are now seeking a senior engineer for the role of System Integration test automation engineer, with a strong system and vehicle electronic systems knowledge to work in the area of Infotainment system (MBUX).Roles & ResponsibilitiesYou will be overall responsible for performing automated testing of Infotainment System for a Carline.You will be responsible for developing test automation as required by the carline project plan.You will be responsible for managing & interacting with component responsible for various infotainment system ECUs like headunit, instrument cluster, connectivity, input elements and implementing the tests on the test on bench.You will be responsible for defect analysis & defect tracking.You will be responsible for performing system tests with primary focus on stability, performance of the system and also smoke tests for daily, weekly and major releases.You will be responsible for test bench maintenance.About the Company:Mercedes-Benz AG, a pioneer of automotive engineering, sees shaping the future of mobility in a safe and sustainable way as both a motivation and obligation.
