Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned

Project Manager

with 10–12 years of experience to lead and deliver complex, high-impact projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, hands-on technical expertise, and experience with Node.js and GraphQL. This role requires end-to-end project delivery management, including stakeholder communication, technical oversight, and contributing to architecture and design. The candidate should have a deep understanding of backend development, with proficiency in building scalable, efficient, and secure backend systems using Node.js and GraphQL.

Key Responsibilities• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders to align with business goals.• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure successful execution.• Lead cross-functional teams and manage end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring quality standards and timelines are met.• Serve as the primary point of contact (POC) for clients, maintaining strong relationships and providing regular updates.• Conduct code reviews to ensure best practices, maintain code quality, and guide team members on technical implementations.• Contribute to the architecture and design of backend solutions using Node.js and GraphQL, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.• Implement and oversee the integration of RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints for efficient data handling.• Monitor project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and address issues proactively.• Foster collaboration and communication within the team and with stakeholders to achieve project objectives.• Ensure adherence to Agile, Waterfall, or other project management methodologies as required.• Drive continuous improvement by implementing lessons learned and best practices in future projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications:• 10–12 years of proven experience in managing end-to-end delivery of projects, preferably in backend development and software engineering.• Strong technical background with significant hands-on experience in

Node.js

and

GraphQL

development.• Expertise in backend architecture design, focusing on performance, security, and scalability in Node.js-based applications.• Proficiency in designing and implementing GraphQL APIs, with an understanding of query optimization and real-time data handling..• Expertise in integrating third-party APIs and services into the backend system using

RESTful

and

GraphQL

services.• Proficiency in using backend testing frameworks such as Mocha, Jest, or Chai to ensure code quality.• Proficiency in project management tools like MS Project, Jira, or Trello.• Exceptional leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholders and drive collaboration.• Ability to contribute to the architecture and design of scalable and efficient systems.• Adaptability to handle changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
