Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Service Representative located in Ahmedabad. The Sales Service Representative will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing product information, demonstrating product features, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves regular interaction with clients to understand their needs, providing tailored solutions, and following up on sales leads. The representative will also handle service-related issues, coordinate with technical teams for resolving customer concerns, and maintain detailed records of customer interactions.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in sales and customer service
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to understand technical information and provide accurate product details.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Prior experience in the elevator or similar industry is a plus
  • Any graduate , Marketing, or a related field
